President Shavkat Mirziyoyev received Mehmet Cengiz, Chairman of the Board of Cengiz Holding, as part of the meeting of the Council of Foreign Investors in the Fuel and Energy Sector.
The President of Uzbekistan expressed satisfaction with the growth in trade between Uzbekistan and Türkiye and the successful implementation of major investment projects.
The meeting focused on further expanding cooperation with Cengiz Holding in energy, geology and infrastructure.
The sides also reached agreements on prospective projects to construct thermal power plants and modernize electricity distribution networks.
