The Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established in accordance with the Decree of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed 26 August 2018 “On the Establishment of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and is the state body providing information-analytical and organizational-oversight support for the activities of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Administration:

assists in the implementation of constitutional powers of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the coordinated operation and interaction of bodies of government;

analyzes the current state and trends in the socio-economic and socio-political development of the country, provides for legal support for reforms under implementation;

assists in ensuring law and order in the country, in observing the rights and freedoms of citizens, the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, coordinates law enforcement;

develops proposals for shaping the principal directions of national and foreign policy, for ensuring sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

organizes open and direct dialogue with the population and works to improve the well-being of the people, create conditions for the realization of the rights of individuals and corporate bodies to appeal to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

ensures effective interaction with civil society institutions with an aim to bolster their role in building a democratic state ruled by law and an open civil society;

implements an integrated human resources policy and ensures public administration of civil service affairs;

organizes the execution and conducts oversight and assistance in the implementation of decrees, resolutions and decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

organizes the activities of institutional bodies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as advisory and counseling bodies that assist in the implementation of his powers;

provides legal, organizational, technical, information-analytical and protocol support for the activities of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
