The events of the program of the official visit of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Malaysia have been completed.
Today in Kuala Lumpur, the President held fruitful talks with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.
The summit resulted in signing a Joint Statement on deepening bilateral cooperation on the way to strategic partnership for the benefit of future generations and adopting a solid package of agreements in various spheres of engagement.
The Head of our state and the Prime Minister of Malaysia also attended the business forum and met with the president of the company Petronas.
As part of the cultural program, the leader of Uzbekistan visited the Islamic Arts Museum of Malaysia.
At the end of the visit, the President of Uzbekistan was seen off at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport by Malaysian Minister of Education Zambry Abdul Kadir and other officials.
The President left for Tashkent.
