On July 24, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a telephone conversation.

At the beginning of the conversation, the Head of Turkiye warmly congratulated the Leader of Uzbekistan on his birthday, sincerely wishing him good health, well-being, great success, peace and prosperity to the Uzbek people.

Issues of further deepening of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Turkiye in the context of the practical implementation of the agreements reached during the high-level visit to Ankara on June 5-6 of this year were discussed.
