President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President Sadyr Japarov visited the “Xiva gilamlari” carpet factory.

Established in 2020, the company produces 4,2 million square meters of carpets and carpet products annually, which are exported to China, Russia, the USA, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries.

Today, 750 people work in the modern factory, which uses technologies from leading European countries.

The Presidents got acquainted with the production process and showroom of the enterprise, as well as with the exhibition of products under the brand “Made in Uzbekistan” organized on the territory of the complex.

The relevant ministries and agencies were instructed to exchange experience, develop cooperation and trade.
