On the sidelines of the ongoing Uzbek-French Business Forum in Samarkand, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with Thierry Déau, Chairman of Meridiam.

Meridiam invests in infrastructure projects in Europe, North America and Africa. It has offices in 11 countries and assets worth €18 billion.

During the meeting, the prospects of implementing the company's infrastructure projects within the framework of the construction of "New Tashkent" were discussed.
