On July 18, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev left for Jeddah on a working visit at the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

According to the programme of his stay in the city of Jeddah, the Head of State will attend and address the first summit of the "Central Asia - Gulf Cooperation Council" format.

A number of bilateral meetings and negotiations are also scheduled in the margins of the event.
