I congratulate You and the fraternal people of Russia on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation.
In recent years, by joint efforts, we have brought the Uzbek-Russian interactions to an unprecedented high level of strategic partnership and alliance and further strengthened the bonds of friendship between our peoples.
Today, the cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia is actively developing based on the principles of openness, mutual trust and support, and respect for each other’s interests.
The unique mechanisms have been established that have proven their effectiveness, allowing for a close and ongoing dialogue in all key areas of our practical interactions.
A mutual trade has reached record levels. The large-scale industrial cooperation projects are being implemented. The humanitarian cooperation is developing, the ties are being built up in the areas of healthcare, science, culture, art and education.
We intend to further consistently develop and strengthen the relations of friendship and multifaceted partnership between Uzbekistan and Russia in the interests of our countries and peoples.
