President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has held a telephone conversation today, on November 16, with President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Jeenbekov.

Starting the conversation, the head of our state sincerely congratulated the colleague on his birthday, wishing a sound health, wellbeing and every success.

With deep satisfaction did President Shavkat Mirziyoyev underline the Kyrgyz President’s personal contribution to cementing the bilateral relations of friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership.

The leaders of our two countries discussed pressing issues in furthering the Uzbek-Kyrgyz practical cooperation, exchanged views on the international and regional agendas.

The two Presidents also addressed the schedule of upcoming highest-level meetings.
