Today a whole forest of construction cranes has grown in Sergeli district of Tashkent city, indicating the scale and accelerated pace of construction activities.
In particular, 66 seven-storey houses are being erected on the territory of Choshtepa makhalla’s citizens gathering.
The Head of the state visited this place in July this year, when the laying of the foundation had just ended.
In just five months, a huge area has appeared here. Construction of 21 houses in a total of 1,176 apartments has been completed. Construction of the remaining houses continues.
The external walls of houses built on the basis of innovative technologies of Turkey are covered with energy-saving materials, which will ensure the optimal temperature in winter and summer.
The President got acquainted with one of the houses. He noted that a new system has been created in construction, which along with providing the population with housing, creates many jobs.
A makhalla center is built in the area, where there are offices for the chairman of the makhalla and his advisers, a partnership of private homeowners, a preventive inspector, and a library.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev also visited the construction site near the area No.8 of the district.
