President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Muhammad Ashraf Ghani, on the terrorist acts committed in the cities of Kabul and Puli Khumri.

The head state expressed sincere sympathy and support to the people of Afghanistan, relatives and friends of the deceased.
