President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, accompanied by the First Lady, has arrived in Belgrade on an official visit.
In Serbian airspace, the President’s aircraft was escorted by Serbian Air Force fighter jets.
At Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, the distinguished guests were welcomed by President Aleksandar Vučić of Serbia and his wife.
The national flags of the two countries were raised, and a guard of honor was lined up.
The main events of the visit will take place tomorrow. In accordance with the program, high-level Uzbek-Serbian talks and a business forum bringing together government and business representatives from both countries are scheduled.
Following the talks, a substantial package of bilateral documents is expected to be adopted.
