As part of the working visit to Astana, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev attended a ceremony for the signing of an Action Plan to implement agreements reached in the areas of investment and trade.
The roadmap envisages the implementation of joint projects across such sectors as automotive manufacturing, energy, chemicals, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, logistics, construction materials, housing construction, agriculture, and others.
The document is intended to facilitate the implementation of agreements reached during meetings between the two heads of state in Bukhara and Turkestan in April and May of this year.
