On August 31, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his spouse took part in informal events of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit held at the Meijiang Convention Center in Tianjin.

The events were also attended by President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko, Prime Minister of the Republic of India Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh, heads of government of Egypt, Cambodia, Nepal, Armenia, as well as Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres.

Upon arrival at the Meijiang Congress Center, the Head of our state and his spouse were greeted by President Xi Jinping and his spouse.

The foreign leaders were then presented with a colorful concert program dedicated to the Tianjin SCO summit.
