On May 28-29 Prime Minister of the Italian Republic Giorgia Meloni will pay an official visit to our country at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The current summit will take place in continuation of the agreements reached during the official visit of the Head of our state to Italy in June 7-9, 2023.
During the summit talks in the city of Samarkand issues of further strengthening of Uzbek-Italian relations of the strategic partnership and expanding multifaceted cooperation will be considered.
The focus of attention – promoting projects of innovation cooperation and humanitarian exchange.
As a result, signing of a package of bilateral agreements is expected.
