The memory of the First President honored

Concluding his trip to Samarkand, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Hazrati Khizr Memorial Complex and paid tribute to the First President of our country Islam Karimov by visiting his mausoleum.

Suras from the Koran and dua were recited.

Commemoration of the deceased, improvement of cemeteries and respect for the memory of ancestors are important spiritual values of our people. The mausoleum erected on the initiative of the President has become a place of pilgrimage and a symbol of deep reverence. In the blessed month of Ramadan, such good deeds take place all over the country.
