President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived on a working visit to the city of Kazan.

At the airport, the head of our state was met by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and other officials.

Today the President of Uzbekistan will hold a range of bilateral meetings and participate in protocol events of BRICS summit.

Tomorrow the main meeting of the summit will be held in “BRICS plus” format.
