During his trip to Tashkent region, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the small industrial zone "Tinchlik" in Yangiyul district and got acquainted with the activities of a number of enterprises.

Such complexes are of great importance in the socio-economic development of the regions, creation of favourable conditions for entrepreneurial activity and ensuring employment to the population. 

The industrial zone was established four years ago on an area of thirty-six hectares. Engineering and communication infrastructure, internal roads and buildings were built, favourable conditions for production were created.

There are 15 projects placed in construction materials, light and food industries. 10 of them are already exploited. Last year enterprises produced import substitution products worth 295 billion soum. By the end of this year this figure will almost double. Currently there are 1,500 people working at the enterprises. With the launch of all projects the employment will increase even more.

The enterprise "Enter Steel" has established the production of metal structures, high-pressure tanks, lifting cranes, drilling equipment, welding electrodes, metal doors, electrical panels.The project cost is $40 million with an attraction of foreign direct investment.

Equipment from China, Japan, Russia, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Netherlands was supplied. This contributes to improving product quality and labour productivity. The enterprise can ensure 1,500 people with employability. 

In order to prepare specialists a practical mono-center was established. Classes and laboratories are supplied with modern equipment. 

The education program is developed together with Tashkent state technical university.

The responsible persons were given tasks for developing cooperation with industries in which the enterprise’s products are in high demand.
