On August 20, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, met with Seifi Ghasemi, the President and CEO of "Air Products."
The meeting focused on practical aspects of further expanding mutually beneficial strategic cooperation with one of the leading international companies, which is actively investing in the establishment of high-tech industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan.
Currently, the portfolio of joint projects with "Air Products" in Uzbekistan has exceeded $2.5 billion.
Agreements were reached to implement innovative projects in the areas of advanced hydrocarbon processing and chemical production, introduction of cutting-edge technological solutions in agriculture, and training highly qualified specialists for energy and chemical industries.
