On July 24, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko.
The Chairwoman warmly congratulated the Leader of our country on the occasion of his birthday, sincerely wishing him good health, well-being and further success in his state activities.
The fruitful cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries was noted with great satisfaction, which contributes to strengthening of the comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance between Uzbekistan and Russia.
