On July 3, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for Astana to participate in the regular meeting of the SCO Heads of State Council and the “SCO Plus” meeting.

The events will discuss topical issues of further development of cooperation within the SCO and improvement of the Organization’s activities, as well as problems of international and regional cooperation.

The President of Uzbekistan will also hold a number of bilateral meetings with heads of foreign delegations.
