At the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres will pay an official visit to our country on June 30 - July 1.

The program of the esteemed guest's stay in Tashkent includes high-level negotiations.

The agenda includes issues of further expanding and strengthening Uzbekistan's multifaceted cooperation with the UN and its institutions, as well as current aspects of global politics and regional interaction. Special attention will be given to supporting measures towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals in our country.

During the visit, the UN Secretary-General will also visit a number of industrial and social facilities, and participate in bilateral meetings and events.
