The President was briefed on the presentation of investment projects planned for implementation in Khorezm Region.

Dozens of projects are being developed jointly with foreign investors for the region in key sectors such as engineering, urban development, chemistry, textile production, construction materials, medicine, and food industry. The presentation featured information on 18 projects with a total value of over US$660 million.

In particular, projects are being developed for the production of commercial electric vehicles, nickel sulfate for batteries, architectural glass, glass containers, construction materials, paint products, and fabrics, which will significantly impact on the economic and social development of the region and create thousands of jobs. The construction of hotels, hospitals, entertainment facilities, roads, the development of ecotourism, and fish farming will contribute to the improvement of the population's prosperity.

The President had discussions with the initiators of these projects - foreign investors and local entrepreneurs. The economic efficiency of the projects was discussed, and the instructions were given to accelerate them and create additional conditions for entrepreneurs.
