A solemn welcoming ceremony for the President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko was held at the official residence Kuksaroy.

A guard of honour was formed in honor of the distinguished guest on the square adorned with the national flags of Uzbekistan and Belarus.

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev warmly welcomed the Belarusian Leader and invited him to the podium. The national anthems of both countries were played.

The Presidents inspected the formation of the honorary guard and greeted members of the official delegations.

After a joint photo session, the high-level negotiations commenced.
