Dear compatriots!

A new year 2024 is entering our fertile country.

In these wonderful moments, I sincerely and wholeheartedly congratulate our distinguished veterans, dear women, representatives of all spheres and industries, determined youth, compatriots abroad - our multinational people - on this remarkable holiday.

Dear friends!

Certainly, in life, along with joys and successes, there are also worries and problems. However, thanks to their intellect, selfless work and strong will, individuals and nations are capable of overcoming any challenge with dignity.

The year 2023 has been successful for our country and its people. Most importantly, peace and tranquility reigned in the country, along with an atmosphere of inter-ethnic friendship and harmony.

For the first time in our history, we adopted a renewed Constitution of the country through a nationwide referendum. We began to implement the "Uzbekistan 2030" strategy, which will guide our future development.

We held a number of important and prestigious high-level forums.

We launched important initiatives on the international stage.

We have ensured sustainable rates of economic growth.

High-tech industrial enterprises, modern logistics and infrastructure networks, kindergartens and schools, cultural and sports facilities are being built in the republic. New jobs are being created. The appearance of our towns and villages is changing and the standard of living of the population is improving.

Thanks to the united efforts of our people, the dream of a New Uzbekistan is becoming a reality. I express my sincere gratitude to you, dear compatriots, for all our achievements.

Dear friends!

Our main task is to raise the honor and dignity of the individual, to protect the interests of the population and, for this purpose, to build a strong economy. In Uzbekistan, we have declared 2024 as the Year of Support for Youth and Business.

In the new year, we will intensify our efforts to attract foreign investment, create wide opportunities for entrepreneurship and private property. We will pay special attention to the development of science, innovation, the IT sector and the creation of "green" and digital technologies.

The focus will be on creating new jobs and increasing people’s income. Wages, pensions, grants and benefits will be increased. We will continue to provide comprehensive support for women and the elderly, as well as for those in need of assistance and care. We will take social development to a whole new level.

Strengthening the independence of the Motherland and the combat potential of the Armed Forces will remain a priority.

In short, we shall mobilize all our forces and capabilities to build a new life, a New Uzbekistan.

Once again, I congratulate you on the New Year and wish you all sound health, peace and happiness.

May every family, every makhalla and our entire country prosper!

May the Almighty protect our beloved Motherland!
