On December 1, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of India Narendra Modi as part of the working visit to the city of Dubai.

During the meeting, issues of further development of multifaceted and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries were discussed.

Special emphasis was placed on deepening cooperation and implementing joint programmes in the fields of communication technology, pharmaceuticals, science, education, healthcare, traditional medicine and yoga.
