On July 24, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko.

The Federation Council Speaker sincerely congratulated the head of our state on his birthday, and wished him good health, prosperity and new successes.

During the conversation, the active inter-parliamentary contacts and exchanges contributing to the strengthening of Uzbek-Russian relations of friendship, strategic partnership and alliance were noted with satisfaction.
