The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev paid a working visit to Saudi Arabia at the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

On July 19, in accordance with the programme of his stay, the head of our state attended the first summit of leaders in the format of "Central Asia - Gulf Cooperation Council" in the city of Jeddah. On the margins of the event, the President met with the Crown Prince, Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.

The Head of our state visited the holy city of Mecca and performed Umrah.

The working visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev ended and the Head of our state left for Tashkent.
