On July 12, the issues of developing bilateral relations, primarily in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, were discussed during a telephone conversation between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.

The Head of Armenian Government warmly congratulated the Uzbek Leader on his decisive victory in the presidential elections and wished him great success and prosperity.

Following the conversation, the importance of holding the first meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission and joint business events to promote practical interaction projects was emphasized.
