A mosque is being built for almost 10,000 worshipers, four towers and aywans (the outdoor roofed premises). The hotels, a car park and a bus station, catering and trade points will be built next to the complex.

“God willing, after the opening of this complex, the number of pilgrims shall increase even more. Especially, those of the elderly. It is necessary to provide all the conveniences for them. This place should not be only a religious and educational, but also a cultural center. We need to attract the best flower growers and make sure that there is a flower garden in the complex throughout the year,” said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
It was emphasized that the complex, which is acquiring a completely new look, has every opportunity to become a major center of pilgrimage tourism, and it is necessary to use them effectively.
