The official welcoming ceremony of the President of Uzbekistan took place at the residence of Prime Minister of Pakistan.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Imran Khan saw a guard of honor and went up to the rostrum. The national anthems of Uzbekistan and Pakistan were performed.
The members of the official delegations of both states have attended the ceremony.
The President of Uzbekistan has planted a tree in the garden of the residence as a gesture of friendship and accord between our nations.
Thereafter, the leaders have held face-to-face talks.
