On March 3-4, at the invitation of the Prime Minister of Islamic Republic of Pakistan Imran Khan, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to this country.
The agenda of the upcoming high-level negotiations includes the issues of further development of the Uzbek-Pakistani relations of strategic partnership and multifaceted cooperation.
A special attention will be paid to the implementation of joint projects of practical interaction, primarily in the trade, investments, industrial cooperation, transportation, logistics, infrastructure and tourism, as well as the expansion of the cultural and humanitarian exchange programs. There will be an exchange of views on the international and regional agenda.
At the conclusion of the summit, it is planned to adopt a joint declaration and a number of bilateral documents.
In accordance with the program of the visit, it is envisaged to hold a meeting with President of Pakistan Arif Alvi, the heads of agencies and leading companies of this country.
