On December 16, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in the Republic of Korea on a state visit.
A solemn meeting of the President took place at the Seoul Airport. A guard of honor was lined up in honor of the distinguished guest. The artillery barrages were fired.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea Hong Nam Ki and other state officials met the President of Uzbekistan at the aircraft.
The main events of the summit – the bilateral meetings and negotiations will be held on Friday, December 17.
