In his pre-election meetings, President of our country Shavkat Mirziyoyev had laid out the program on further developing Tashkent city in the next five years, put forward concrete proposals on turning the capital into a developed modern megapolis.
The Head of our state reviewed projects on developing the territories, went to mahallas and conducted a dialogue with people during his visits to several districts Tashkent.
On 6 May Shavkat Mirziyoyev paid a visit to Yashnabod district and took part in the presentation of large projects, aimed at developing the economy of the capital and the whole country, increasing the welfare of the population.
The President went to the «Artel» plant, functioning in the district.
Manufacturing of consumer goods has been developing dynamically in Uzbekistan. In particular, consumer electronics industry has achieved high results. New enterprises, equipped with modern technologies and manufacturing export-oriented products, are established through attracting large investments into the sphere.
At present, household appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, gas stoves, air conditioners, microwave ovens, vacuum cleaners, mobile phones are produced under the “Artel” brand.
The President of our country inspected the manufacturing process in the plant, took an interest in the types and quality of products, created new jobs.
The attention, attached to supporting the electro-technical industry, stimulates manufacturing of finished goods in our country based on the high technologies, serves to acquire a deserved place for Uzbek manufacturers in one of the most prospective spheres of the world industry. As a result of steady implementation of the Actions Strategy on five priority areas of developing the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021, the level and quality of life of our people have been increasing, their incomes have been raising.
The exhibition of products, manufactured under the “Artel” brand, was also organized here.
The President of Uzbekistan got acquainted with the exhibition and shared his proposals and recommendations on increasing the product portfolio.
