President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the “Ishga Markhamat” monocenter in the city of Navoiy.
The Center was established in accordance with the resolution of President on August 11, 2020 «On additional measures aimed at attracting to entrepreneurship, increasing labor activity and vocational training of deprived and unemployed citizens, as well as ensuring employment». Here, training is underway based on market requirements for about 30 professions in the fields of services, construction, agriculture and technology. The educational and practical classes are equipped with the necessary tools, computers, mould and other inventory.
The President observed the practical exercises and talked with the youth.
“We create such conditions for our unemployed citizens to master the professions and take a worthy place in life,” - said Shavkat Mirziyoyev. “Use it wisely, master the profession, and then you will not hunt for job, but it will seek you, you will have a high income. A literate, skillful, professional of his craft will always be appreciated regardless of his age. I wish you to become such a valuable person.”
It was emphasized that the demand for qualified specialists is growing in the industries, so those who have been trained at the Center have significant prospects for further employment.
“We are constructing the large enterprises, many of them employ specialists from abroad. Our goal is to make our youth work and our people get paid. Therefore, do not waste time in vain, do not be lenient either to yourself or your mentors until you master the profession perfectly,” - the President has said.
The institution operates on the basis of a public-private partnership. The state creates conditions, provides scientific and material support. The classes are conducted by practitioners, entrepreneurs, representatives of factories, who further hire the graduates.
The diploma of the monocenter is equivalent to a diploma issued on the basis of 3 years of study at the vocational schools.
The Center also offers courses in English, Russian, Japanese and Korean.
