I express my sincere gratitude to the Heads of foreign states and governments, international organizations, foreign political and public figures, representatives of business circles, makhallas (local neighborhood community areas) and workers’ associations of our country, all compatriots for the heartfelt congratulations and sincere wishes on the occasion of my birthday.

I see these congratulations and wishes, which are exceptionally dear to me, as a sign of high esteem for the multinational people and the government of Uzbekistan, as another recognition of the growing international authority of our country.

I am once again very pleased to express my immense devotion and respect for our hardworking, courageous and noble people, who play a key role in the implementation of the large-scale democratic reforms in our native Uzbekistan.  

I am convinced that by selfless work, great creative potential and solidarity of our people, we will certainly achieve the high goals set for us to build a new Uzbekistan, ensure a peaceful life and well-being of our people.
