The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived on an official visit in the Republic of Tajikistan.
At the Dushanbe International Airport, the President of our country was met by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
In honor of the distinguished guest, the airport was decorated with slogans and national flags of the two countries.
The meeting of the leader of Uzbekistan was also attended by several representatives of Tajik youth and creative teams.
It is scheduled that during the talks the Presidents will consider the extensive agenda of the Uzbek-Tajik multifaceted partnership, as well as exchange views on the issues of interaction at the international and regional levels.
A solid package of bilateral documents aimed at further increasing and strengthening the practical cooperation is expected to be adopted.
