Today, on April 29, a working visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Turkmenistan will take place.

The program of the visit provides for a bilateral meeting with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The agenda of the talks includes the issues of further strengthening the Uzbek-Turkmen relations of friendship, good-neighborliness and strategic partnership, expanding multifaceted cooperation and regional interaction.

The leaders of the two countries will take part in the events dedicated to the memory of the father of the President of Turkmenistan, Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov.
