In video messages distributed starting from 11 December 2020 via the Internet, prosecutor of the city of Bukhara J.Fozilov reports on alleged violations by certain officials of prosecuting bodies.

For a thorough and objective verification of the arguments put forward by J.Fozilov and assessment of the circumstances around the allegations, a national interdepartmental commission was formed on December 14.

The commission includes responsible officials of the Administration of the President, the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights and Legal Interests of Business Entities, the Anti-Corruption Agency, the Ministry of Justice, the Prosecutor General’s Office, as well as the People’s Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Bukhara region.

The commission organizes on-site thorough and impartial study of the cases of offenses cited in the appeal and all the arguments of J.Fozilov with his direct participation.

The results of the inspection will be announced later.
