Today, a telephone conversation has taken place between President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President Sooronbai Zheenbekov of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Sooronbai Zheenbekov, on behalf of the people of Kyrgyzstan and his own behalf, sincerely congratulated the head of our state on his birthday, wishing a sound health, well-being and every success.
The two leaders noted with satisfaction the steadfast development of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz strategic partnership.
Energetic mutual contacts at various levels, positive dynamics of bilateral trade, intensive humanitarian exchanges were noted in particular.
The Presidents agreed to continue with joint efforts, including within the framework of existing intergovernmental commissions, in order to buttress friendship and good-neighborliness between our two countries and peoples.
