Today, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov have talked on the phone.

At the beginning of the conversation, Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov cordially congratulated the leader of our country on birthday, wishing well-being and prosperity to the entire multiethnic people of Uzbekistan.

The heads of state noted with deep satisfaction the consistent consolidation of strategic partnership and multidimensional cooperation between the two fraternal nations.

The leaders swapped views on current issues of the bilateral agenda, international and regional politics.

Thanking for the sincere greetings, the President of Uzbekistan wished the President of Turkmenistan every success in hosting the first Caspian Economic Forum scheduled for early August this year in the Avaza National Tourist Zone.
