President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, following the meeting with representatives of the region, got acquainted with the activities of the Center for Public Services in the city of Navoi
The Center boasts an electronic queuing system, and citizens are provided with more than a hundred types of public services. Notary services, the registration of acts on civil status, issuing of passports, replacement of driving licenses and much more are carried out here at this venue.

For the convenience of visitors, the Center offers a children’s playground, a cafe, reading spaces, free Wi-Fi access. Thanks to this, service recipients can spend a meaningful wait.
Residents of remote auls and villages, citizens who find it difficult to travel to the Center will be provided with on-site services with the help of special transport.

The President visited the office of the People’s Reception in the Center, talked with its personnel. The head of state inquired about the issues raised in citizens’ appeals.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev gave recommendations for expanding the list of services for entrepreneurs, in particular, on the integration of land-related processes and obtaining construction permits.

A presentation of projects for the development of small business and craftsmanship in the Navoi region took place here. Thus, for the first time, the project “Navoi, a region of entrepreneurs” will be implemented as an experiment. The amount of the public fee for the registration of entrepreneurs in the region will be cut by half. It is planned to provide benefits in some areas of services provision. A center for the development of entrepreneurship and business promotion is projected to be set up here.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev also visited the interior affairs division №3 of the city of Navoi.

The head of state was provided with information about the working conditions created here, the efforts undertaken to consolidate the atmosphere of peace and tranquillity in mahallas.

During a conversation with female inspectors, the President suggested that they study women’s issues of concern and help alleviate their concerns.

“If we want to affirm justice in society, it is crucial first of all to earn the trust of women, to protect them. The well-being of the woman, her views on life shape the situation in the family. And that is rather important in raising children,” Shavkat Mirziyoyev insisted.

Then the President got acquainted with the work of a situation center of the interior affairs division, gave recommendations on the creation of special software products to ensure public safety, analysis and prevention of crime.
