Presidents of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan visited the Registan complex.

Guests were informed about the history of the three magnificent ensemble structures – madrassah Mirzo Ulugbek, Sherdor and Tillakori, activities held here during the years of independence. The architectural traditions of Uzbekistan, the preservation of ancient monuments, the decoration of the Tillakori dome made a great impression on Emomali Rahmon.
