On August 17, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon arrived in Uzbekistan with a state visit at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev met the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon at Tashkent international airport named after Islam Karimov.
