President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit the People's Republic of China on June 8-10. During the visit, the head of Uzbekistan will attend the 18th meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Qingdao (China).

The leaders of the SCO member states, who will meet for the first time with the full participation of India and Pakistan, will discuss promising areas for further improvement of the organization's activities, issues of regional security, expansion of economic and investment cooperation, intensification of transport and communication cooperation and other aspects of multilateral cooperation.
