The President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani visited the Khazrati Imam (Hastimam) complex, in Tashkent. 

Under the leadership of the President of our country Shavkat Mirziyoyev, special attention is paid to the preservation of historical monuments and studying the rich heritage of our great ancestors. Center for Islamic Civilization is being organized in Tashkent, Imam Bukhari International Research Center – in Samarkand. Construction and repair activities are being carried out in the mausoleums of Abu Iso Muhammad Termizi in Sherabad district, Abul-Muin Nasafi in Karshi district and other places of worship.

The President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani got acquainted with the unique manuscript of the Holy Quran – Mushaf Usmani, kept in Muyi Muborak madrassa, as well as with other historical and sacred monuments. 

The guest highly appreciated the work carried out by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on studying the religion of Islam, explanation and propaganda of its true essence.
