In our country, special attention is paid to the introduction of modern mechanisms of preschool education system, strengthening its material and technical base, improving the educational and training process, improving the skills of employees and their material stimulation, educating the younger generation as physically healthy, spiritually mature personalities. The resolution of the Head of our state “On measures of radical improvement of the preschool education system” of September 9 of this year serves as an important guide to action in this direction. 

In a two-story facility for 300 places, construction and repair work for 3,7 billion sums, was completed. All conditions for educators and students are created here. Classes on music, foreign languages, rooms for sports activities are equipped with necessary tools, visual aids, modern sports equipment. Energy-saving devices are used in lighting of premises. 

The President of our country noted the need to radically improve activities of preschool education institutions, special attention to the education and upbringing of children, improvement of educators’ qualification.
