Meeting of the Council of Heads of States of the CIS has started in Sochi. 

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin met the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. 

Photographing ceremony of the heads of the CIS countries has taken place. 

A meeting of the heads of states has started in a narrow format. It is planned to discuss the prospects of further strengthening cooperation within the framework of the Commonwealth, consider the issue of the presiding state in the Commonwealth in 2018, exchange views on regional and international issues.
